Explore leadership roles and develop leadership skills
This course takes each participant’s personal leadership role as its starting point. We look at both personal and professional backgrounds and qualifications, so your leaders can take a conscious decision about what kind of leader they want to be. This gives them the opportunity to reflect on their role as leaders and a platform to discuss personal strengths and weaknesses with the other participants and their instructor. The course is heavily centered around knowledge sharing and feedback between participants.
Three days packed with training, feedback and reflection
Through tailored cases, real-life exercises, and the newest leadership theories, your leaders will share experiences and train difficult conversations and confrontations close to practice. Along the way, they will gain useful insights into their own reaction patterns – and learn how to apply these insights from day one to further develop into the leaders they aspire to be.
